Former top cop Sanjiv Bhatt wrote an open letter to Gujarat Chief Minister
Narendra Modi on Saturday.Bhatt, in his letter, questioned the timing of Modi's Google+ Hangout chat.
Bhat alleged that Modi distanced himself from the Naroda Patiya massacre verdict.
He also wrote to Maya Kodnani, who was convicted with Bajrang Dal head Babu Bajrangi and the 29 othersin the Naroda Patiya massacre.
She was sentenced to 28 years in prison on Friday.
