BJP MLA Found Guilty of Bribing Witness to Turn Her Hostile

The same allegations that are being made by state public prosecutor opposing grant of anticipatory bail to Teesta Setalvad adding that they want her for custodial interrogation. Malafide allegation regarding funds were made first in 2004 by a witness turned hostile by a ruling MLA of the BJP in Gujarat.
