Justice GB Shah of the Gujarat High Court today quashed the iIllegal and malafide summons issued to Teesta Setalvad, Secretary Citizens for Justice and Peace by the Lunawada Police calling her as absconding accused. The police have been given 15 days to correct the faulty charge sheet.
